I Do Not Concur That APGA Is One State Political Party

Ogbueshi Tony Eboka is the National Vice Chairman of South South All Progressive Grand Alliance APGA and also a distinguished member of Asaba Development 81 Club, Asaba bracnch Delta State. Iconblazemagazineonline: Please do kindly introduce yourself

Ogbueshi Eboka; I am Ogbueshi Eboka and the National Vice Chairman of South South All Progressive Grand Alliance APGA. I am also a long time member of Asaba Development 81 club, Asaba branch, Delta state.

Iconblazemagazineonline : All progressive Grand Alliance has been as one state political party and now you are the National Vice Chairman South South. How would you promote APGA to become a nationally accepted political party?

Ogbueshi Eboka: I did not concur that All Progressive Grand Alliance is one state political party. APGA is nationally positioned in all the nooks and crannies of Nigeria. Do remember that the current Governor of Imo state Owelle Rochas Okorocha became the governor of Imo state through APGA before he defected All Progressive Congress (APC). We are on ground in Rivers State Bayalsa State and large percentage of Northern states. The former honourable minister of information mallam Larabara Matun contested gubernatorial election in Taraba state under the platform of APGA and he won the said governorship election but, very sadly the powers that be short changed him. In Delta State alone we have about 18 functional offices and this is a testament that APGA is on ground.

Iconblazemagazeneonline: The last gubernatorial election in Anambra State precisely November 18, 2017 APGA won the said governorship election with uncommon victory, what is your take on the election

Ogbueshi Eboka. The November 18, 2017 Anambra State governorship election fielded in many political parties  but, only three political parties stood out through thick and thin APC, APGA  and PDP and overall, APGA clinched the victory with a wide gulf of votes. For APGA to have won the said governorship election clearly shows that His Excellency Governor Obianu Wille is working hard and he is providing the dividends of democracy. The administration of Obianu has made Anambra State for other governors to come to learn the A.B.C of good governance speaks.

Iconblazemagazineonline: Are you saying that Anambra state has surpassed Lagos State in terms of provision of good governance?

Ogbueshi Eboka: Nigerians should remember that Lagos state has once served as the capital of Nigerian State  and that all workable infrastructures have been put in place, so Nigerians should not compare Lagos State with other states. The truth of the matter is that governor Obianu has actually redeemed the glory of Anambra State. I hope Nigerians would remember that time was when Anambra State was no go area for many persons because of the misgovernance and heavy criminal antecedents that played out. But, very, fortunately governor Obianu has restored that lost glory back and the citizenry are travelling to and from into Anambra State.

Iconblazemagazine: The January 6^th, 2018 Delta State local government election your political  party did not win a local government chairman  or councillorship slot what have you got to say on this?

Ogbueshi Eboka: The January 6^th 2018 Delta State local government election was already concluded by the ruling party PDP that calls the shot at government house, Asaba. The umpire of the election is controlled by the state governor. If the said election was conducted from national electoral body, peradventure, there would have been fairness, credibility and equity by so doing other political parties that participated in the said election may have won. But as the general elections of 2019 draws nearer, APGA would definitely clinch some seats in the state house of assemblies, house of Representatives senate and governorship positions in many states. APGA is the credible political party the down trodden masses of this great and blessed country – Nigeria should embrace and vote her into presidency.
