  MILESTONES NIGERIAN CORRECTIONAL SERVICE STANDS STILL FOR LATE ACP ONWUEMENE BY LEO EZEKIEL The Nigerian Correctional Service stood still for late Dr. Anthony Richard Eloke Onwuemene a.k.a Chief Omanyan Retired Assistant Controller of Prisons whom his junior colleagues paid a gallant homage and a para military parade in his honour.
