LNSC NABS SUSPECTED DRUG TRAFFICKER By Sikiru Olusesi  Lagos Neighborhood Safety Corps (LNSC) operatives have arrested a suspected drug trafficker, Onti Abiodun (25) while in transporting a bag of Indian hemp popularly known as “weed” to Idasho town from Ise in Ibeju Lekki Local Government area of the Lagos State. Speaking on the arrest at the Lagos Neighbourhood Safety Agency (LNSC) Headquarters, Safety Arena, Bolade, Oshodi, the Chairman (LNSC), DIG Israel Ajao (rtd) disclosed that apprehended LNSC operatives on her way to Idasho to distribute the drug to criminals. In his words “The most important aspect of our Agency objective is to solicit information and process such information into reliable intelligence. Apprehending suspects like this is one of the things we do that people may not notice. Criminals rely on drugs like this to perpetrate crimes”. ORILE AGEGE INAUGURATES NEW IMAM: TO HOLD NEW YEAR ANNIVERSARY BY 30TH JANUARY_Orelaru Gbenga Adewale The Orile Agege central mosque has inaugurated Alhaji Nurudeen Sulaimon Oluwasesan Malowo as the new chief imam to lead the way in the Orile Agege Islam. LASG TO TRAIN 300 PWDS BY FEBRUARY_ Dawodu Gbenga Adewale The Lagos state government has set to train 300 persons with disabilities to be self-reliance in the month February so as to give them the sense of belonging to know and enjoy same rights in Lagos state. The Commissioner for the Youths and Social Development, Olusegun Dawodu disclosed this recently during his keynote address at the Lagos International year 2019 celebration for people with disabilities PWDS, held at the Alausa secretariat, Ndubuisi KANU Park, by the Lagos State office for Disabilities Affairs, that the celebration was in line with the Lagos state governor Babajide Sanwoolu ' s way of celebrating and appreciating the people faced with disabilities because he believes there is ability in disabilities of the PWDS.
