There Are Quacks In All Professions – Dr. Anyanwu

Speaking with journalists at his exhibition stand of 17th Lagos Housing Faire Exhibition of products and services in building construction industry with a theme “Smart Buildings” at Lagos Airport Hotel, Awolowo way, Ikeja, Lagos.

Dr. Reginald Anyanwu of Mellow works limited said that there are quacks or fakes in all professions globally, adding that the laws and rules of the land are sometimes blind to catching up with criminals who parade themselves as professionals of a particular profession as he adduces that they are fake lawyers , medical doctor, nurses, soldiers, journalists, surveyors, et’al.
Speaking further Dr. Anyanwu said that his office runs Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance to a wide range of clienteles said that new technologies abound such as social media platform i.e, whatsapp, Facebook, instagram, newspapers, magazines, radio, televisions have brought useful information to all and sundry.
He says that safety measures are very necessary for any good building that would stand the test of time. He said that time was when he headed the Safety Councils in Nigeria as he further revealed that he is an author and that one of his books cost as much as N60,000.00. He said that smart buildings are needed by everybody because good smart building is livable and makes life very interesting.
He noted that most builders used Tacuzzies facilities for the bathrooms and that those facilities are very dangerous to the occupants of the buildings. Dr. Anyanwu has travelled wide around globe; in fact he has worked in the United States of America, Canada, and Europe.
He has also worked with World Health Organizations as a private sector, vaccine distributors. Dr. Anyanwu presently lectures at the University of Port-Harcourt, Rivers State. 
He has also had a stint with Shell Petroleum Company (SPDC) adding that his mellow works organizes manpower trainings, conferences workshops, seminars, for professionals like TPL, Surveyors, builders, quantity surveyors, and estate surveyors’ et’al. Safety occupa tions applications.
The Head Consultant of Mellow works Dr. Anyanwu has worked at Abia State University Teaching Hospital, (ABSTU) Uturu, adding that he has also worked at Bida Hospital, Niger state as a health safety environmental officer.
He said that procuring a house is very affordable, but, that most Nigerians do not know from their right to left.
He says that all one has to do is to go to the ministry of housing at Alausa to register with the sum of N50,000.00 of a prepared draft, adding that once the person pays up 30% of the total cost, that a building would be allocated to the person.
The Health Safety Environment (HSE) top flyers said that he was one time president of Manufacturing Association of Nigeria (MAN). He generally concurred that the 17th Lagos Housing Fare has actually brought the professionals in the sector to showcase their products at their various exhibition stands, adding that speakers did well with their lucid presentations to the audience. One of such speakers is Architect Akinola George who did not disappoint the audience with his paper delivery.
The 17th Lagos Housing Faire commenced on April 30th – May 4th, 2018.
