Speaking as one of the
numerous speakers at the 4th convocation ceremony of Adeleke University, Ede, Osun State Nigeria.

Ogunwusi Ojaja ll, Ooni of Ife-Ife, Osun state tells Dr. Bukola Abubakar Saraki
the senate president of the 8th senate of the Federation to guide
his utterances because he is number three citizen of the federation adding that
whatever utterances he makes as the senate president of the 8th
senate of the federation that all and sundry are watching him and other of his
distinguished members of NASS.
Speaking further the Royal Father HIM Oba Ogunwusi
specifically queried what would people remember you for after ones transition
from this earthly planet to eternity adding that the good things one does is
recorded for him or her as well as the bad things anyone does are also recorded at their persons.
Speaking further
the Royal Father told the senate president Dr. Saraki that the graduating
students of Adeleke University, Ede, Osun State, Nigeria are really looking up
to him as a leader with good conscience adding that Dr. Saraki should at all
times should lead with faultless leadership qualities for the younger
generations to emulate. The IPM Oba Ogunwusi, Ooni of Ife charges the Emerald
graduating students of 2018 of AU Ede, Osun State to be good ambassadors of AU
where ever they find themselves in life. HIPM Oba Ogunwusi Ooni of Ife, Ile-Ife
prayed for the idealist and founder DR. Adedeji Adeleke of Adeleke
Universities, Ede, Osun State. HIPM Oba Ogunwusi Ooni of Ife said that Nigerian
projects belongs to everybody not a few persons.
He commended DR. Adeleke for
establishing an American world-class University of only seven years old adding
that the infrastructures, structures, landscaping, Senate building which is
christened Late Isiaka Adeleke One time Executive Governor of Osun State,
Nigeria.
Speaking again HIM Oba Ogunwusi Ooni of Ife said that the founder of
Adeleke University has placed his personal name and the entire Adelekes in
minds of generations unborn because the school remains eternally.
Speaking as the keynote
address speaker the senate president of the 8th senate of the
federation with a topic National Development Through Entrepreneurship:
The Role
of Private Universities in Nigeria. Of a truth the turaki of Ilorin, Waziri of
Ilorin GCON and the number three most influential citizen of Federation did not
disappoint the grandaunts, the university authorities, stakeholders and the
general public with his uncommon researched lectures.
He categorically goaded
the grandaunts that there are no jobs in the labor market, but that the
unimaginable academic orientations they have been through had prepared them for
the challenges of the future.
He charged them to be job creators not job
seekers adding that creating one’s employment offers greater opportunity to
reach one’s optimum horizon of successes through the graces of God.
He
congratulated the Emerald Graduating Students of 2018 of Adeleke University,
Ede, Osun State and he also prayed for them and the parents who stood with
their children and wards through thick and thin.
The pro-chancellor, Vice-chancellor,
Councilmen awarded a doctorate degree to former first lady of Ondo State Dr Mrs
Olufunke Agagu, Dapo Abiodun, Chairman, Heyden petroleum Mr. Samuel Okechukwu
Uwajukwu, Chairman Private jet Nigeria et’al
and speaking on behalf of the awardees Dr. Abiodun profusely thanked the
Management of AU for conferring them a doctorate degrees and he said that they
too would build an ultra-modern hall for AU.
He also goaded the grandaunts to
be worthy ambassadors of AU and that they should always have at the back of
their minds they should fly high like the eagle does in the sky adding the
graces of God shall envelope and overwhelm them in all areas of their endeavors.
Many prizes were won by many students but alas! Alalade Olusumade of the class
of Emerald 2018 clinched nine different prizes with a GPA of 4.91. In his
valedictory speech he acknowledged the Chancellor, Pro-chancellor, Chairman of
the council and all council members
The Vice –
Chancellor and other principal officers, the provost, aucolye of Post Graduate
studies, deans directors, Hods, members of staff, distinguished guests
particularly the number three citizen of the nation, the senate president Dr
Saraki, Awarded, royal fathers and traditional rulers, all spiritual leaders
particularly the president of western Nigerian Union of the seventh day
Adventist Church, Pasto (Dr.) Oyeleke Owalabi Parents and guardian and finally
the graduating class of emeralds adding that the journey through all as a
matured student has been very eventful as graduating suma cum laude and
valediciorian of his class was not part of his he left his spouse and children
for the pursuit of a degree in Religious studies,
Speaking further Olusamade
said that the Unquench able thirst to his berst and honour God with the
determination of all teachers to bring out the best in a student is the reason
he is standing before everybody adding that no man can claim to have achieve
success in any enegagement without the active contributors of others as every
success can be attributed to either a predecessor, benefactor, and adviser, a
teacher, or a mentor.
Speaking again Olusamade said that the eternal
appreciation goes to the proprietor of all American mode institution Elder (Dr)
Adedeji Adeleke whose NGO springtime Development foundation offered him full
scholarship for four years as he appreciated a long list of person who
contributed positively to his academic pursuit at all. Olusumade Publicly
appreciated his spouse whom he called the pillar that supported his fence the
wings with which he flew so high, the very voice with which he roars and the
uncommon rhythm of his heart the melody of his soul, his sister, his mother,
the mother of his children Mrs Elizabeth Atinuke Omolewa Alalade. Speaking
again he appreciated all his fellow graduants and he prayed for them for
Almighty father to meet with them at the points of their needs.
