Artist of the year 2018(Female) says that she dedicates her prestigious award
to Almighty God, her parents and her numerous fans across the length and
breadth of Nigeria adding that this is the second time, she had been recognized
by different institutions. Speaking further Wealth says that this year makes it
solid 16 years, she has been in the music industry adding that it has not been
a smooth ride to where she is standing today, but, again, Wealth gives all
thanks and praises to God Almighty Father who have always been at her sides.
She says that her fans had been paging her on instagram, whatsapp, facebook,
opera mini and twitters urging her that she must win the 2018 City People Music
Awards and of a truth the Heavens have answered her prayers.
Speaking to the
audience at the well decorated Balmoral Hall, the Publisher and Editor-in-Chief
Sheye kehinde said that they are actually gladdened that all their invited
guests and artistes honored their invite adding that the 2018 City People Music
Award is not for speech of making event, but, it is a night of uncommon fun,
networking and all that. The presentation of first set of awards was done by
Balogun Nike Nafisat who programmatically added colors and effects at the
presentation. Dede Mabiakwu, Sunny Neji et’al won Lifetime Achievement Award.
The list of awardees are actually
countless, but, however high chief Eke Muma Guje aka Muma Gee, Azadus, Rogged
man, Ambrose Somide of Faji Fm Radio, a sister radio station of Ray Power
Radio, Ice-k Olakunle Tomomnwo, Danhausawa, Danzaki Jegai, Didan Laah, Oritse
Femi, Sunday Bamsa of Arewa 24 TV.

he is really gladdened that the city people organization considered him to be
part of the performers that would add colours and stage effects to the entire
event adding that the upcoming musicians should be heavily assisted in all ramifications
because rising to the stardom needs lots of graces of God and all that.

him and that he needs someone to assist him to bring out those qualities so
that at the end he would cross the bar and become a role model in the music

commends the management city people music awards adding that lots of artiste had

the management of city people 2018 music awards they frankly put up to honour
those that had toiled in the past to work out a niche for themselves.
Selassie
generally appeals to the powers that be that the music industry and
entertainment sector should be assisted in leaves and bound adding that these
two sectors if properly harnessed would attract huge resources to the coffers
of the government. This event makes the city people organization 22 years of

activities lined up for the night.
