Speaking with Iconblazemagazineonlineportal Chairman Lagos State Goat and Ram Butchers
Association Alhaji Mufutau Olasebikan said that they all came out in large
numbers to thank God uncommonly for all He has been doing for them in the last
30 years they formed the Lagos State Goat and Ram ButchersAssociation adding that they had faced
several challenges in the course of dealing with customers in the market.
Speaking further he, however said that they had every reason to celebrate their
30 years of associationship because some of their members that started the
association with them had passes on to eternal glory as he added that the
celebration is called for fund raising for the building of their association
secretariat.
He profusely commended the government of Lagos State who had
continually supported them in all areas of need. Speaking with
Iconblazemagazineonlineportal the General Secretary of the Lagos State Goat and
Ram Butchers Association Alhaji Nurudeen Adesokan entirely concurred in tandem
with the submissions of his Chairman Alhaji Olasebikan submitted.
He however,
postulated that the Lagos State government could come in and support them with
the fund which they need to build their association secretariat for the
purposes of running administration of the association comparatively.
Speaking
with Iconblazemagazineonlineportal Zonal Chairman of Somolu Alhaji Rufai
Oladejo aka Alfa Egbe said that the last 30 years their association came into
being that they had faced lots of challenges from their customers who bought
from them on credits with a promise that they would come to pay off the owed
monies to them, but, painfully, he concurred that sometimes they might never
came back to settle their debts owed to them adding that these challenges had
made many of them to be out of business. He also appealed to the government of
Lagos State under the leadership of Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo Olu to come to
their assistance with the building of their Association Secretariat. 
Speaking
with Iconblazemagazineonlineportal Chairman Festac 2nd Gate market
of Lagos State Goat and Ram Butchers Association and also zonal auditor from
Alaba Rago zone Mufutau Alao Hassan said that their coming together at the Blue
Roof, L.T.V, Ikeja, Lagos was really necessary to uncommonly thank God for His
protection, provision, guidance, peace which existed amongst members.
He also
appealed to the Lagos State Government to frankly support with funds to enable
them build their association secretariat. The members of Lagos State Goat and
Ram Butchers Association and the audience were entertained with the music of
supplied by King Dr. Saheed Osupa, Obanla 1, Olufimo 1 and Matagbamole 1. And
of a truth he and his band boys did not disappoint the audience.
The
event was compered by reporters of Bond FM 92.9 station Abdul Fatai and Abdul
Gafar. They too did well with their compering.
