Every Child Is An Embodiment of Talents, Et’al-------Isioma Adesuwa

 Speaking to the gathering at the Iris/Jasmine Hall of Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer MD/CEO of Fiber Arts Company performing Christmas Concert states that every child is an embodiment of talents, skills, ideas, ideals sharp intellects et’al adding that no one single child is dull, but, she averred that children develop at different phases of their lives. 

Speaking further to the audience, she states that during the time of her parents, that they grew up with farm, and that in her early days that she did grow up with sands whereas she noted that the children of this generation are growing up with Computers, internets, facebook, Twitters, Whatsapp, Instagram.

Speaking further to the performers, parents, guests, panel of Judges and the gentle men of the press, she states that rather than these children engage themselves with interents stunts that they should create more valuable time to engage themselves at the performing arts classes adding that performing arts moulds the performer(s) into a more disciplined and industrious personality. 

She laments that the government does not show adequate keenness in the performing arts businesses as she avers that performing arts is one huge sector of the economy that would generate an interesting Gross Domestic Product GDP for the nation. 

Speaking with Iconblazemagazineonline Yinka Davis one of the Judges states that she praises the school teachers who have spent real good time in training their students for the event adding that the Government should pragmatically key into performing arts activities because there are huge untapped resources lying fallow.

She commends the organizers for coming together and staged the Fiber Arts Company performing Christmas Concert as she doffed her cap for Isioma Adesuwa the arrow head of FACPCC and she as well commended parents who came alongside with their kids to grace the event. 

Speaking with Iyke Okechukwu one of the Judges who also play the role of Chucks in the Tinsel Television Series states that Fiber Arts Company Performing Christmas Concert has really done well by staging events and that they also done well again by exposing the children early in their growing up that performing arts is also a good career to look at. 

Speaking further he says that the schools that came forward with their students actually did a good thing because, as he avers that the performing arts is one huge area of the economy that is not really tapped by the powers that be, as he urges the stakeholders to develop more love for the programme. 

Speaking with Iconblazemagazineonline the sponsor of the event Sarah Bolos of the Society of Performing Arts in Nigeria states that Performing Arts is a good career that galvanise the performer(s) into becoming responsible voice in the society adding that she has been in love with Performing Arts all her life. 

She states that she has instituted scholarship for students who would come up a top at the end of the competition and such students would go chateaurve DARC festival in France for further developments. 

Speaking with Iconblazemagazineonline one of the parents whose daughter is the youngest of all the performers in fact she is only three years old, yet, she fitted in very well with dancing streaks. Ahmed Olashupo Saheed, a Principal Executive Officer of the Ministry of Defence of Navy Wing states that the event is very commendable as the organizers came out to harness the talents and skills of the children adding that he appreciates all the programme, that thus far took place at the Iris/Jasmine Hall of Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island Lagos. 

He says that the government should key into the Performing Arts Programmes and that they too as parents that they should always look out ways of helping their children to develop their God given talents and skills so that they grow up and become responsible leaders because the future belongs to them. 

The following schools did participate at the Fiber Arts Company Performing Christmas Concert. Nobel Vine, Leap of Dance, Fiber Art Academy and Lovette’s Bit-Academy. At the end of the event, cash prizes were given out to the winners.
