Lagos State is the Fifth Largest Economy in Africa

 Speaking as the Special guest of honour at the 2^nd Lagos real Estate Market Place Conference and Exhibitions with a theme (Lagos: 21^st Century Real Estate Investment Hub) at the Mapo Hall of Eko Hotels and Suites of Victoria Island Lagos, His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Lagos State Mr Babajide Olusola Sanwo Olu states that Lagos State is the fifth Largest Economy in Africa adding that the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of Lagos State is far far higher than that of Ghana and Ivory Coast. 

Speaking further to the uncommon audience that Lagos State Real Estate Regulatory Authority decided to line up the panelists from outside Lagos State Government Civil Service by bringing the panelists from all sectors of the economy adding that the panelists did not disappoint the uncommon gathering with their cerebral analysis as the issues affect the Real Estate affairs. 

Speaking again to the audience, he says that he is pleasantly gladdened that he is being branded as Mr. Housing and Mr. Title documents because of the way and manner with which his administration has been creating opportunities for all and sundry to survive the housing difficulties in the state. 

He pleasantly appreciated all the panelists for their wonderful submissions made while they acted as discussants. 

He says that the  LSRERA second conference and exhibitions would actually address the issues that are affecting the real estate business in the state thereby at the end of the exercise Participants and Exhibitors would go home with more knowledge based analysis adding that his administration is constructing rail lines of red and green and that later in the future the remaining four would be put into functionality thereby the means of transportation on roads would be largely reduced thereby making the roads less of traffic hold ups. 

He says that about 14 estates have been formally handed over to the owners and that before Christmas 2021, one more would be handed over to the owner(s) adding that he has graciously approved 50 hectares of lands for developers to make use of for the purposes of building more affordable houses for the citizenry. Speaking to the audience, the special Adviser to the Governor on Housing Hon Mrs Toke Benson Awoyinka pleasantly and graciously welcomed all and sundry to the 2^nd Lagos Real Estate Market Place Conference and Exhibitions as she promised all and sundry that the panelists lined up for discussions would elegantly throw more elucidations on the theme of the conference which is Lagos: 21^st Century Real Estate Investment Hub. 

Speaking to the audience the Hon. Commissioner for Economic Planning and Budget Hon. Samuel Egube drew up the template the panelists would dwell in dishing analysis from the topic before them adding that as the moderator of the panel session that the discussants would key to his timing and all that. And of a truth the panelists did not disappoint the uncommon crowds with their insightful presentations.
