SIR OMOROGBE KSM, THE GREAT
MATHEMATICIAN GOES HOME IN A GRAND STYLE

The
splendor journey of Sir James Edison Idele Omoregbe KSM the great Mathematician
of all times journeying back to his creator in the seraphic heavens did take
place at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Obihe Avenue, 2nd Ugbor,
G.R.A., Benin City, Oredo Local Government Area, Edo State with a commendation mass.
At
the commendation mass held in his honour the Rev. Fr. Stephen Okojie who
celebrated the commendation mass did take his time to preach to the children,
Parishioners and guests from all walks of life that Sir Omoregbe, KSM was a
faithful catholic who never missed his three o’clock Divine Mercy Prayers while
he was alive adding that he uncommonly contributed all that matters to make
sure that the Gospel of Jesus Christ reaches to the ends of the universe.
Speaking
further with his Homily he charged the children, the parishioners and the
guests to live their life out for Jesus Christ and mankind. Speaking with
iconblazemagazineonline Professor Ohenhen of the Department of Animal Life
Sciences of Ambrose Ali University (AAU) Ekpoma, Edo State at Esteem Events
Centre Adesuwa Road, G.R.A., Benin City, where the grand reception in honour of
Sir Omorogbe KSM, the great Mathematician did take place to entertain all and
sundry.
She
stated that her father was an extreme gentle man to a fault, adding that her
father never missed his three o’clock Divine Mercy prayers as she added that
her father had brought, she and her siblings unto catholic faith. Speaking further
with iconblazemagazineonline she says that many years ago that when she had her
first degree, that her father did keep on telling her that one day she would be
a professor and happily she stated that she has been a Professor in the last
ten years.
She
stated her father cared for all of them as his children adding that her father
did teach them the values of life and the great importance of educations as
they all attended good schools and as well as good Universities. She states
that they were monitored, supervised and directed as children of a teacher by
their father himself. She states that her father had taught them how to love
themselves, their neighbours et’al.
Speaking
with iconblazemagazineonline Architect. Sunny Ohenhen the handsome husband of
Prof. Ohenhen states that he is very proud and lucky to be a son-in-law to Sir
Omorogbe KSM the great Mathematician adding that he is not going to mourn him
rather he would be extremely gladdened to emulate his life style adding that he
does not call him his father in-law, rather he calls him his father because he
has learnt several values from him.
Speaking
with iconblazemagazineonline the Head of Department of Microbiology, University
of Lagos, Akoka, Yaba, Lagos Dr. Mrs. Uzeh states that she came down all the
way from Lagos to be in sympathy with the Omorogbes, but, most especially with
Prof. Ohenhen whom both of them grew up together many decades ago adding that
Sir Omorogbe KSM, the great Mathematician was virtually a father to all of them
as children then. Speaking further with iconblazemagazineonline Dr. Mrs. Uzeh,
states that her advice to the children of Sir Omorogbe KSM the wonderful
Mathematician is that they should continue to build on the good legacies their
father had left behind.
Speaking
with iconblazemagazineonline Engr. Augustine Osaghae a good man Friday to
Architect Sunny Ohenhen states that he attended the funeral mass and as well as the reception ceremony because of
his friend Architect Ohenhen who is a son-in-law to Sir Omorogbe KSM adding
that the homily delivered by Rev. Fr. Okojie was actually laced with spiritual
under tones for all and sundry to come closer to Jesus Christ.
Speaking
with iconblazemagazineonline Okunzuwa Osawaru states that he has known the
family for over three decades adding that Sir Omorogbe had great five children
that all of them are doing well in their chosen professions. He states that his
advice to the children is that they should continue to build on the uncommon legacies
their father had built adding that they should never allow themselves to be
swayed away with the perks of life.
Speaking
with iconblazemagazineonline Jude Omorogbe a Nephew to Sir Omorogbe KSM states
that his uncle was a father to all of them adding that his uncle was a complete
gentleman to the core, who largely cared for them his children and their
neighbours. Speaking further he says that his uncle was friendly to all and
sundry regardless the colours, sex, race et’al. speaking with iconblazemagazineonline
Barr. N.C. Albert states that the children of Sir Omorogbe KSM should know that
they are not the first to loss their beloved father or would they be the last
adding that he himself lost his own dearly beloved father over three decades
and he also added the Omoreogbes should earnestly continue to build on the
unimaginable legacies their father had laid down for them and that they should
move on with their lives for the benefits humanity.
Speaking
with iconblazemagazineonline the General Manager of Nigerian Television
Authority (NTA) Owerri, Imo State Mrs. Obanor states that her father Sir
Omorogbe KSM the uncommon Mathematician did take out his time to inculcate real
values, mores, morals and norms as they were growing up under one roof as one family
of Sir Omorogbe KSM adding that their father as a school teacher made sure that
they too develop love and interest for education. She says that the she is happy
for and of father God gave them. Sir James Edison Idele Omorogbe KSM was born
27th July 1936 and he gloriously passed on to eternal glory on 27th
December, 2021 and may his great and gentle soul rest in the perfect peace of
Almighty Yahweh.
