Nigeria’s Youths Are Architect of Their Own Misfortunes Chief of Staff, Kogi State, Azwungu

Speaking as the chief of staff of Kogi State government Hon. Pharmacist Abdulkareem Jamiu Azungu who represented His Excellency, the Executive Governor  Yahaya Bello at the Rescue Nigeria Mission RENMISS of south west zonal Launch and induction Yahaya Bello for president come 2023 general elections at the Porium Event Centre, Edmark, Ikeja, Lagos, South West of Nigeria he states that Nigeria’s youths are architect of their own misfortunes adding the youths have directly or indirectly Mortgaged their consciences by always voting the very aged politicians into power at every elections.

Speaking further to the gathering he states that the times in Nigeria are quite precarious and dangerous times where the goings on in the body polity is not pleasant to the ears and eyes of all and sundry adding that the army of youths have dangerously sold themselves into the whims and caprices of the political class for a plate of porridge. 

Speaking further to the gathering he states that the Late president of south Africa Nelson Mandela made a timeless reference that the entire globe will not honour Africans until Nigeria gets it right because according to Late Mandela Nigeria stand as the father of all black race globally.

Speaking further he stated that the youths have gone through formal education, yet there are no tangible employments for them because the few available employments are being reserved exclusively for the children of the uncommon personages within the body polity of the nation adding that the youths have knowingly or unknowingly shot themselves in the legs by being the ones running campaigns for the old politicians. 

He informed that the chairman of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Prof. Mamood Yakubu  has clearly and loudly announced that the youths of the nation occupy about 70% of the voting population adding that if the youths occupy 70% of voting space when any election takes places, why then can the youths vote for their own stocks at elections? He informed the audience that the former Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Atiku Abubakar, has postulated that the capacities of youths to produce leaders from their ranks, but, very sadly, he noted that Alhaji Atiku with pangs stated that the youths need to put their houses in order so that they can within their ranks elect leaders with good ideas and ideas that will catapult the nation back to its glory for the benefits of the citizenry. 

He stated that corruption, poverty, religion have deeply eaten into the fabrics of the body polity of nation which have ravagely affected the youths in all ramifications, adding that if the youths could really wake up from their deepest slumber that through the Rescue Nigeria Mission (RENMISS) that something positive shall begin to speak in favor of the youths for the right leadership and qualitative governance. 

He made a reference to statement credited to All Progress Congress (APC) national leader and former Executive Governor of Lagos state Jagaban Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu stated that the army of the youths should wait for him to finish calling the shots from the Aso Rock villa, Abuja before the youths could raise their heads high for presidential turf. He charged the youth that general election of 2023 shall be a  litmus test for them to use their numbers to vote in a youthful president like his boss, mentor and father  who did start to call the shot of government house, Lokoja at a youthful age of 40 years old.

Speaking to the gathering the South West Coordinator of rescue Nigeria  Mission (RENMISS) Onilowo Saheed Shola states that governor Bello has no personally consented to the prayers they the youth have been praying for him to accept their yearnings aspirations of the members of Rescue Nigeria Mission so that Governor Bello should pleasantly and uncommonly run for the Presidency of Nigeria come 2023 General Elections, adding that his stewardship track records as the Governor of Kogi State have stood him out to be the elected President of Nigeria come 2023 General Elections. He states that the likes late Tony Enahoro, Obafemi Awolowo, Sir Ahmadu Bello, Sarduna of Kaduna, Rt Hon. Nnamdi Azikwe, Late Dim Ezegburu-gburu Chukwuemeka Ojukwu, Yakubu Gowon, Kaduna Chukwuma Nzeogwu, Danjuma Yakubu Muritala Mohammed called the shots when they were all in their 30s and 40s. He asked the audience why can the army of youths produce the new crops of leadership that will correct the long corrupted system of failed governance. 

Speaking again to the audience, the South West Coordinator Comrade Shola states that Rescue Nigeria Mission has pleasantly registered Six Millions Youths into the family of RENMISS and that before 2023 general elections that about Twenty Millions Youths would have been registered for the effective and efficient purposes of electing Governor Bello of Kogi state. 

Speaking to the audience Comrade Jubril Oludare Special Adviser on Youths and Students Matters to the governor of Kogi state Bello, states that the Youths are the ones into kidnapping, armed robbery, armed banditry, running campaigns for the spent old horses political class adding that the youths should actually use the opportunities of their numbers and strengthen with which they should use to elect youthful leaders come 2023 general elections with the right spectrums of governance. 

Speaking further to the youths that came from the South West Geo political zones that it is only Governor Bello that has about 10 states having boundaries with Kogi State Abuja inclusive adding that a Governor Bello with such a pedigree of Love, Unity, Capacity, Character and Competence and as such the Nigeria Youths should rise up and pragmatically elect Governor Bello as the next President of Nigeria come 2023 general elections. 

The Rescue Nigeria Mission witnessed a drama presentation to entertain the gathering by a drama group who figuratively called on the youths to wisely use their PVCs in choosing Governor Bello as the next President of Nigeria by the grace of Almighty Yahweh. The greetings of Rescue Nigeria Mission RENMISS are GYB, Follow who Know Road, The Youths chanted lots of comrade and aluta songs which rented the air of the porium from time to time. 

The entire government functionaries of Kogi State accompanied the youngest Chief of Staff of Kogi State Hon.Pharmacist Azungu to the event and he pleasantly charged the youths to effectively, efficiently, pragmatically obtain their PVCs so that they can choose youthful Leaders come 2023.
