Then the evening proper rises as the floodgate of tributes for Venerable Oyewole did began to flow in kick starting the tributes circles is the Archbishop Emeritus Epharim Ademowo who stated that he would feel eternally guilty if he did not say one or two good things he knew of Venerable Oyewole.

He states that Venerable Oyewole was a family man to the core who loved his spouse and his three daughters, Ade, Ololade and Moradele and that the entire Anglican Communion is thanking God for the life of Venerable Oyewole adding that Venerable Oyewole took the church very serious as he quoted the bible correctly whenever he delivered his sermons.

He states that Venerable Oyewole was highly committed to the cathedral activities adding that he had served as a Provost at the Cathedral. He narrated to the uncommon gathering of Parishioners, Colleagues, Family Members, Old Schoolmates, well wishers how Venerable Oyewole came to him in his Office one day he Venerable Oyewole did clearly declare his desires to be a priest. He states that he told him that he would be trained first at a Bible College before he could be ordained as a priest of God.

He stated that Venerable Oyewole concurred and pronto he was sent to Bible College at Akure, Ondo State for Priestly trainings for three years adding that Venerable Oyewole loved God uncommonly as he gave all his times, energies, resources in the service of God and humanity.

He stated that one day he did a letter to Venerable Oyewole to a church in Victoria Island, Lagos and after some days that Venerable Oyewole came back to his office to inform him that he could not find the church he transferred him to. Archbishop Emeritus Ademowo then told him to go back there and birth a new church for God and he states that of a truth, Venerable Oyewole did everything perfectly and that when he Archbishop Ademowo visited the church that he could not believe what architectural master piece designs the church wore.

He states that each time there was a call for church donation of resources that he Venerable Oyewole always supported the church with large chunk of monies and he tells the gathering that time and space would actually dwarf him if he continues to reel off all he knew of Venerable Oyewole.

He states as a Father, Colleague Venerable Oyewole would be deeply missed in the years that are ahead adding that his children Ade, Ololade and Moradele would always miss how caring their father was. He states that the uncommon nuances and their memories from all the days gone before that they were privileged to share with him. He told the audience how Venerable Oyewole singlehandedly paid the University School Fees and all that for his driver who showed zeal for education adding that at every end of the month that Venerable Oyewole would handover a long list of those he wished some part of his salaries be given to as a way of adding values to their life.

The 4th Bible reading (John 11: 17-27) and the Archbishop Emeritus Ademowo took the reading and exhortation was spiritually taken by another Bishop and of a truth he did not disappoint the gathering with his sermon which was laced with hymns of joyful songs.
