 Speaking as the representative of Chief of Army Staff LT General Yahaya, Chief of Civil Military Affairs Major General MG Kangye at Security Affairs, Army Headquarters, Department of Civil Military Affairs in conjunction with Security Affairs Ltd at 22^nd Edition of Social Media Influencers Seminar on Civil-Military Relations with theme “The Nigerian Army’s Non- Kinetic lines of operations: Critical Roles of the Social Media at Golden Tulip Essential Hotel Etete Road, GRA, Benin-City, Edo State Stated that they need the supports of all and sundry to adequately wipeout insurgency from the system adding that the practitioners of Journalism, Social Media influencers do heavily got to balance their reports of both National Interests and Human angle interests before going to bed with their publications. 

Speaking further to the gathering the Chief of Civil Military Affairs Major General Kangye States that the practitioners of journalism et’al should thoroughly be mindful of the screaming, gory, scary headlines to publications of both National interests and human angle interests adding that such bad headlines do largely negates the purposes and objectives of the Nigerian Army et’al from uncommonly achieving the whole essence of their operations. 

He largely made a clarion call to the practitioners of journalism et’al to always render a workable synergy of uncommon supports to the Nigeria Military and Security Operatives outfits out there so that there has to be peace in all nooks and crannies of the republic adding that peace is fulcrum of developments.

 Speaking to the audience the Director Information Management Army Headquarters Civil Military Affairs Colonel Kayode Ollusoga Ogunsanya states that the whole essence of the relationship seminar between the Army Headquarters Department of Civil Military Affairs in Conjunction with Security Affairs Ltd is about the sensitization of the general public that there has to be heavy understandings between the Nigeria Military and Society adding that since the inception of the exercise from 2018 that there has  been a heavy robust landmarks of achievements thus far with their seminars in many states of federation. Colonel Ogunsanya displayed a litany of all the projects, the Army Headquarters Department of Civil Military Affairs had done for the public good of the citizenry.

Brig General Eyitaya folunsho Oyinlola presented paper one to the eclectic audience titled “Levering the social media as Non-Kinetic Tool in Joint Operations. Environment, Imperatives of Civil Military Cooperation and of a truth Brig General Oyinlola did not disappoint the uncommon audiences with his lucid and cerebral presentations where he largely used Canada and Britain as a case study of Military that have largely engaged their operations through the publication of Social Media handles.

 In fact, he made heavy research with his presentations which earned him a standing ovation. 

The Manager News, Edo Broadcasting Service, Ministry of Communications and Orientation Flora Bossey presented paper two titled “Fake News Syndrome and Perception Management in the Nigerian Army. The way forward She too on her part, she did present a well thoroughly researched paper where all that are needed to be discussed are adequately highlighted. 

She pleasantly advised that news items must be critically scrutinized before going to bed for publication adding that fake news travels faster and also damaging. 

Speaking to the audience Major General Aligbe of Army Headquarters states that the duty of the Security Operatives is to safe guide the lives and property of the citizenry adding that surgical operation at zero levels needed to always protect the Civilians and as well as there has to be media integration, key leadership, engagement of Teachers, Religious leaders and he also added that they need the mandate of the general public to work even if there are infractions.

He states that they have carried projects for the communities to reduce the pangs of hardship.

Speaking to the audience Major General Abubakar Adamu the head of Cyber Operations at the Army Headquarters stated that most media practitioners et’al are not mindful of what their reports cause the larger society provided they have published whatever they intend publishing without adequate fact checks here and there. 

The one-day seminar witnessed the interactive section with the paper's presenters Brig General Oyinlola and Bossey did a great elucidation to questions raised by participants and Major General Adamu gave out 193 emergency line which is toll free and there are workers working there 24/7 to pick up calls and he stated that they are always ready to react to issues, with immediacy.
