The Rising Insecurity In Land is Alarming-Dr Sodeinde

Speaking with Iconblazemagazineonline at the 45th Annual General Meeting and Scientific Conference of Medical Women Association of Nigeria Lagos State Branch (MWAN) with the theme: “Maintaining Health and Health Security in Economically Challenging Times” at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) Ikeja, Lagos the President of Medical Women Association of Nigeria, Lagos State branch Dr. Ibironke Sodeinde states that the rising insecurity in the land is alarming adding that the insecurity in the land has negatively affected the maintaining health and health security in economically challenging times of the Federation where lives of the citizenry have been decimated into nothingness. 

Speaking further with Iconblazemagazineonline Dr. Sodeinde states that even the unborn children already know the challenging times everybody is facing now in the present day Nigeria adding that even those that are born irrespective of the ages, of cultural background, ethnicity or educational background, and religion, everyone is affected by the insecurity in the land.

Speaking again Dr. Sodeinde states that insecurity is a global issue, but, that especially in the republic that is a menace adding that the people on the streets are not safe and as well as those who live in their private homes. 

The President of the Medical Women Association of Nigeria, Lagos State branch states that there has been increase of crimes, unemployment, banditry, kidnapping in the land adding that the leveraging on the maintaining health and health security is not too pleasant at the moment in the federation. 

Speaking again Dr. Sodeinde says that despite the ages of the citizenry in the land, that everybody is facing insecurity adding that some medical practitioners are JAPARING to foreign nations to seek for a greener pastures simply because the insecurity in the land is so enormous. 

Dr. Sodeinde says that many medical personnel are moving out in large numbers because they feel they are not secured adding that there is hunger in the town because many people are not able to feed themselves and she also added that these unwholesome hunger in the land is as a result of heavy inflationary trend. 

She says that many people cannot afford three good square meals, that even many people cannot afford one square meal adding that even the rich people are heavily affected, as the rich also cry and she also added that in the past it used to be the poor crying, but, now, the rich also cry. 

She says that the future of young ones, is being traded out by the present day leaders which is very bad in all ramifications adding that all hands must be on the deck to make things work because everybody is the Government, adducing that all and sundry must be critically and objectively involved to make things work out well for the public good of all and sundry in the federation. 

Again Dr. Sodeinde says that all persons must be involved in charting a workable policies for the nation whether they are political leaders, religious leaders, sectoral leaders and parents adducing that everybody must pragmatically work hard so that life would be livable and interesting so that the future of the nation cannot be mortgaged by wrong policies et’al. 

The President elect and the Local Organizing Committee Chairperson of the 45th Annual General Meeting and Scientific Conference of Medical Women Association of Nigeria, Lagos State branch Dr. Ige added uncommon administrative roles in making sure the event recorded huge successes.
