Speaking to the gathering at the Flagging Off Campaign for OREDO East Constituency, Edo State Hon Desmond Osaheni Ricosa states that he shall have constituency office and as well as make constituency funds public for all and sundry adding that if the constituents of Oredo East do largely cast their votes for him come March 11^th, 2023 and properly sworn in come June 2023 that he will be a responsible representative of his people.

Speaking further to the audience Hon Ricosa states that he is going to be a pragmatic and effective representative of his people where everything that concerns legislative matters shall be made public for all and sundry. He profusely thanked all the constituents of Oredo East for coming out largely to witness the official flagging off of his campaign and as well as unveiling of manifesto. 

According to Hon Ricosa, he states election through the Social Democratic Party shall be adequately run as his social contract to the constituents of Oredo East adding that he has christened his actionable plan as E.D.O and as he also added that the E. stands for Empowerment and Employment, D. Stands for Development while O. Stands for Opportunity for all starting from Oredo East First. 

Hon Ricosa states that he is truly willing to build a great and friendly community adding that laws shall be made to empower communities to be self-sufficient and providers of Local Labour in the course of building and housing development. 

Speaking as the Edo State Chairman of Social Democratic Party (SDP) Elder Felix Obayangbon states that the flagging off the House of Assembly Campaign for Hon. Ricosa has actually marked a watershed for the Social Democratic Party adding that SDP is the only true democratic party since 1993 after the historic victory of the rescinded June 12 Presidential Election of Late Chief Moshood Kashimawo Olawole Abiola by the Military Junta of step aside, General Ibrahin Badamosi Babangida (IBB). 

Speaking further to the audience elder Obayangbon states that he is imploring all and sundry to join hands together with SDP so that they all could ride to huge successes in all elections adding that the electorate should cast their votes for their presidential candidate Prince Adewole  Adebayo and Engr. Yusuf  Salisu for Vice President. 

Speaking with Iconblazemagazineonline Hon Ricosa says that elections are no longer about political parties, but that elections are now about the candidates on the ballot papers adding that the era of rigging of election are gone and as he also added that with the effectiveness BVAS election results are seen almost immediately on the INEC Portal as soon as the electorate cast his or her votes. 

He says that he will run an open door policy for all and sundry in Oredo East Constituency. Speaking further with Iconblazemagazineonline Hon. Ricosa states that any candidate that sells his or her property to enable him or her run for election, that such candidate will not be a good representative of his or her constituency, adding that electorate should critically and thoroughly study the content and the character of candidates presenting themselves for such positions that largely affect the wellbeing of all and sundry
