I HAVE FAITHFULLY LABOURED FOR 33 GOOD YEARS TO MAKE MY COMMUNITY CRIME FREE-EKPENREGE

Speaking with Iconblazemagazineonline at Blossom Hotels, Upper Sakponba Road, Benin City, Edo State, the Head of Vigilance Group of Nigeria, Edo State, from Niger cat to Ikpe Community Evboumwan Omosefe a.k.a Ekpenrege states that he has faithfully laboured for 33 good years to make his community crime free. 

Speaking further he states that he and his faithful and loyal members have put their lives on line purely to rid their community of crimes adding that God Himself have been shielding them away from the plans of evil ones. He painfully narrated that one fateful day he was driving down from Ugbowo area of Benin City to his base at Upper Sakponba when suddenly about 50 men blocked his car. 

He stated that they ordered him out of the car and asked him series of questions which he concurred to. He stated that he was not in the business of killing anybody rather he and his VGN members are making sure that their community is crime free for public good of all and sundry. Speaking further he said that before he could provide answers to their questions, that some of them began to shoot him with their offensive weapons. 

He stated that the bullets could not get through his body, therefore the hoodlums decided to use battle axe and cutlasses at him adding that they actually succeeded in brutalizing him. According to him he states that the good-for-nothing boys threw him into nearby bush and dashed to his base to spread the fake news of his demise adding that he was in the bush for days before the God of Prophets and Apostles and his forebears came to wake him up back to life. He stated that when peoples saw him return home, that they started running away from him branding him a spirit. 

He says that he made up frantic efforts to convince people that he did die as formerly rumored by agents of never do well in the society. He states that he has cordial relationship with the State Government under the watch of His Excellency Godwin Obaseki, CP, various DPOs et’al. 

He states that some street urchins and unscrupulous elements are now planning their nefarious activities to unseat him from the labours of 33 years that he and his VGN Members have employed to rid their community crime free adding that time shall tell.
