PASSAGE: LATE MRS. VICTORIA TESSY DUNDUN (NEE INETANBOR, 1951-2023)

Friday, May 12th, 2023, The Pillars of Grace and Fire Ministry, Ovbiogie, Benin City, Edo State held a service of songs in honour of Late Mrs. Victoria Tessy Dundun at Amagba, G.R.A, Oredo Local Government Area, Benin City, Edo State. Speaking to the congregation Pastor Ibeh states that Later Mrs. Dundun lived a Godly life, that she loved peace uncommonly. That she totally submitted to the will of God Almighty as she loved to improve the lives of others. Speaking further Pastor Ibeh informed all and sundry that “One day we all gathered for the service of songs will also be gathered for adding that transition is turn-by-turn. 

Pastor Ibeh noted that the most important thing in life is the quality of time one spends with the God Almighty. The congregation generally prayed for the entire families of Dundun and Inetanbor for God’s protections et’al. 

Speaking with Iconblazemagazineonline Hon. Randy Peter Dundun of Ethiope West Local Government Area, of Delta State precisely from Sapele states that the service of songs of his late mother Mrs. Dundun is a special day for him and his siblings. He added that he is a bit surprise and also he is not too surprise in the sense that his mother he sees every day and speaks with her regularly suddenly he will not see her again. 

He added that nobody will call him “Omo” please come because I want you to do this for me. He added that the only message he is trying to send people out there that have not experienced the loss of a loved one (s) is that they should know that parents are very important, adding that the best thing to do for parents is to adequately take care of them so that when they finally answer the call of God Almighty the off springs will not beginning to blame themselves for not properly looking after their parents. 

He added that his parents knew what he did for them adding that he was with his late mother Mrs. Dundun at the hospital bed until she finally gave up the ghost. The social dance for Late Mrs. Dundun took place at Stevik Events Centre, Near Zone 5 Police Command, Adesuwa Road, G.R.A, Benin City, Edo State. 

The children of Late. Mrs. Dundun did not let their beloved mother down because they lived up to the task of adequately taken care of all their invited guests. Akobe musical dance band entertained the audience with good music tunes that thrilled all and sundry until the light fades out. The social dance for Late Mrs. Dundun pleasantly and uncommonly gathered the crème-da-la-crème of the society who came out in their large numbers. 

The audience are served with sumptuous foods and assorted drinks, in fact the bar is inexhaustible. D.J Savioura entertained the guests with the music of yester years of 70s, 80s, and early 90s. Late Mrs. Dundun is survived by four (4) children and several grandchildren.
