ENOGIE, ELDERS-IN-COUNCIL OF OBAYANTOR 1 COMMUNITY URGE ALL INDIGENES TO COME BACK HOME AS PEACE IS RESTORED

Speaking to the members of the fourth estate of the realm at the Obayantor 1 Community Town Hall, of Km 12, Benin Sapele Road, Ward 9, Ikpoba Okha Local Government Area, Edo State, the General Secretary of Obayantor 1 Community David Omorogbe states that the Enogie and Elders-In-Council of Obayantor 1 Community urged all indigenes to come back home as peace is restored. 

He added that peace has been restored to Obayantor 1 Community through the efforts of the state, local government and other relevant security agencies in the state. 

Speaking further to the media the general secretary Omorogbe states that the Enogie and Elders-In-Council have reached resolutions that all property owners or developers are hereby notified that verifications exercise, plots of lands sales, shall commence from now till August 18th, 2023 at the palace of Enogie adding that the days for the verification exercise shall be Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday every week and the sitting proper begins from Tuesday May 30th, 2023. 

He added that the verification exercise is headed by Elder Godwin Aghimien, Ozukpogieha of Obayantor 1 Community. He added that the indigenes and all those like developers should come with relevant documents with which the transactions are made by parties involved. Speaking to the media the Ozukpogieha of Obayantor 1 Community, Elder Aghimien states that the Enogie and Elders-In-Council are intadem with all the general secretary Omorogbe stated to the media.

He added that the verification exercise is a good step in the right direction thereby all parties involved should be amicably sorted out.

The Okaeghele of Obayantor 1 Community Mr. Osatohounoen Oduwa concurred with the uncommon submissions both the general secretary Omorogbe and Ozukpogieha, Elder Aghimien made as urging all the indigenes to come back home as peace is restored for massive developments of their community.
