NEWS EXTRA MY ADVICE TO LAGOS STATE GOVERNMENT IS TO COLLABORATE WITH US ON THE IT TALENT HUNT ---OLADIPUPO

Speaking with iconblazemagazine online at the conference room of Lagos Chambers of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), Alausa, ikeja, Lagos, the Chairman of Nigeria Computer Society (NCS) Lagos state chapter fellow Michael Oladipupo states that his advice to the Lagos state government is that they should collaborate on IT talent hunt together adding that the day he finds himself at the control room of Lagos state, that he was really surprise.

Speakers further he asked whether the operator at the control room are adequately trained adding that what is the successful plan for operators and he also added what happens if the operators go for further training.

Speaking again he states that what is the salary to be paid to the person undergoing the training adding that there has to a scheme of train the trainer when   he successfully completes training duration and, again he stated that Lagos state government cannot train all her staffers at once adding that she has to pick them one by one from each ministry. He stated that there has to be train the trainers so that the funds invested on him or her is not a wasted effort adding that it would not be proper to send someone abroad for more studies and the person returns back home, only to resign from the civil service of Lagos state government . 

Speaking again he says that the fellow sent abroad for further studies should organize training so that the talent acquired would not be a fruitless venture.

Speaking again he stated that they have series of awards, they have Don Etibet Innovative Awards, Sidmach prize, Saloko, A1 Robotics Prize, Titi Akinlade prize , IT champs awards powered by Pastor Mrs Veronica Owolabi adding that Sidmach gave out awards to three best Lagos state WACE candidates of 2022 WACE examination and he also added  that they gave out other awards, certificates and cash prize of one hundred thousand naira only.

Speaking with iconblazemagazines online the Executives Director of tranter IT Mrs. Melanie Ayoola states that she would like to see more graduates of soft wares developers adding that they need guidance to help them to promote their talents.

Speaking further she says that they need corporate advice, legal advice and as well as set humans’ resource finance to protect the apps. She asked what acumen would the software developer employer to protect the apps. She asked if the software developers learn the HR finance or is the course done online. She says that as a software developer that one does not have the strength for everything, also where is the incubation system. She says that she feels that the government can partner with IT associations, government agencies can as well as create an IT space, network for incubation centre, for startup specifically to buy up the Nigeria youths in the frequency of ideas to buy protypes.

Speaking further she says that they supported the event to make sure the event records huge success adding that they also brought solution content to the event. She says that they are highly in Nigeria and that they can also host internationally, but, again she said it is good to have it in Nigeria because it is utilizing Nigeria infrasture, Nigeria manpower and also helping Nigeria’s companies to protect their data. She says that one is not guaranteed of security is most information is in cloud4 and there is a backup in the integrity of the details. She says that one loses eritical aspect of business and time when data is not protected.

 Speaking with iconblazemagazineonline Engr. Olumide Attah, the father of master Ayomide Benjamin Olumide Attah of St. Francis Catholic School, Idimi , states that he is quite gladdened that his son emerged the best student in the entire of Lagos state, of 2022 WACE result was released adding that his joys knows no bounds .

He says that he is very appreciative of everything as the recognition the Sidmach prize awards has brought to his family adding that he is advising the Students to study hard generally has hard work does not kill rather it rewards. He says that the students need to manage their time properly. That they need to rest their brains so that the brain shall be able to function optimally. That they need to manage their time table very well.

Speaking with iconblazemagazinesonline Mr Amuni Oludipo Awwal Oladapo of Baptist Academy, Obanikoro Lagos, who emerged as the 2^nd best student of 2022 WACE examination Lagos state. He says that he feels elated, proud, fulfilled and that all glory be to God of Prophets and Apostles. He says that success does not come as wishes rather at comes by dint of hard work, commitment and dedication. The theme of Nigeria Computer Society (NSC) Strategies for Talent Management and Growing the Digital Economy in Lagos State Progressive Environment this is her 14^th NSC Lagos Annual IT Summit and Awards. The students of Queens College Onike, Sabo, Yaba Lagos came to LCCL with their AURO SWEEPER,  AURODAM, ACCESS and of a truth they won a hefty cash awards . Nwokeukwu Emmauenlla and Taiwo Taiwo led the team with their teacher Mrs. Akinbodewe.
