MEDIA MEDIA WATCH INTERNATIONAL AWARD COMMITTEE HONOURS COMRADE ALENKHE WITH PHILANTHROPIC AWARD PAR EXCELLENCE

Speaking as the Chairman of Media Watch International Awards Committee Comrade Philip Imafidon states that the Management of Media Watch International Award Committee has critically and deftly looked into all the far reaching decisions, the leadership of Nigeria Union of Journalist (NUJ) Edo State Council of which Comrade Festus Alenkhe is the chairman has taken to radically transform the entire NUJ Press Centre at Oba Oguola Press Centre, G.R.A, Benin City, Edo State. 

He adds that based on all these facts the Management of Media Watch International Award Committee decided to honour him with a philanthropic Award Par Excellence. 

Speaking to the gathering the NUJ Edo State Council Chairman Comrade Alenkhe thanked the Management of Media Watch International Award Committee for the gesture and honour bestowed at him adding that this year 2024 is another election year for new leadership of NUJ, Edo State Council. 

He adds that he has not privately or publicly shown interest for second tenure.  He adds that he shall consult with his God when the right time comes. He outlined all his administration has achieved thus far. 

Speaking with Iconblazemagazineonline Rev. Enguavoen Ekhoshors Osasenaga of Consistent Fire Ministry back of Ugbeun Primary School, Benin City, Edo State states that he is a friend to Media Watch International Award Committee adding that he is really pleased with the ways and manner the presentation of the award to Comrade Alenkhe is done. 

He prays that the God of Prophets and Apostles should continually bless the works of Journalists in Edo State, Nigeria and the entire globe.
