NEWS EXTRA LCNO HONOURS TWO SENIOR POLICE OFFICERS WITH HER NIGSSA 2023/2024 AWARDS

Friday, April 19th, 2024 the Publisher and Editor-In-Chief of Lagos City News Online Mazi Emmanuel Uzooma Oduigwe and his Editorial Board Members uncommonly and pleasantly honored two senior police officers. Bestowing the Nigeria Security Services Award (NIGSSA) as Grand Icon of State Security Administration and Intelligentia Protocol of the year 2023/2024 and as well as official investiture as Media Peace Ambassador at the Divisional Police Officer DPO of Agbado Police Divisional Headquarters, Agbado, Ogun State Command CSP Isaac Adekunle Awoniyi. 

Speaking at the ceremony the Publisher and Editor-In-Chief of Lagos City News Online Mazi Oduigwe states that the Editorial Board Members did a thorough scrutiny of the DPO Awoniyi amongst other senior police officers of their different contributions in steming down crimes within the Republic adding that DPO Awoniyi was finally selected for the 2023/2024 Awards of the eleventh edition ceremony of Lagos City News Online. 

Responding, DPO Awoniyi states that he is firstly dedicating the award to the God of Prophets and Apostles who have continually shielding him and his team from the hands of all evil eyes adding that he also dedicated the same award to all his team without their cooperation and understandings he would not have been able to achieve all successes thus far. 

Bestowing the Lagos City News Online 2023/2024 to the Divisional Police Officer (DPO), Ijaiye Ojokoro Police Division, Headquarters, Ijaiye Ojokoro, Lagos State Police Command SP Dickson Oni with the Nigeria Security and Services Award Grand Icon of State Security Administration and Intelligentsia Protocol of the year 2023/2024 and as well as official investiture as Media Peace Ambassador (MPA). 

Speaking at the ceremony in full view of the men and women of the command the Publisher and Editor-In-Chief of Lagos City News Online Mazi Oduigwe reemphasized that the Editorial Board Members of Lagos City News Online had swell time in selecting DPO Oni for the Award. Responding, DPO Oni states that he is dedicating the award to his creator in Heavens who have always protected him from all dangers adding that the award is also dedicated to his gallant men and women who have always been contributing their uncommon operational duties on whose parlances he has weather storms. 

He adds that he feels so elated that out of millions of senior police officers within the Republic that Lagos City News Online still considered him a worthy recipient of her awards of 2023/2024. He adds that the award would spur him to put in more efforts in policing the society so that crimes could be heavily reduced.
